Navigation, no external signal display?

Hello, I have a 2003 Lexus ES. The other day I had new tires put on the car and now my navigation has stopped working. I keep getting a reading stating. " no external signal detected" What can I do or look for?

The manual says the system uses tyre turning data. Make sure all tyre pressures are correct.
