From experience of bulb changing in my Mondeo hoping cluster removal hasn't been changed on your model.
In the boot in the right and left corners are trims in line with the lights with turn buttons that hold the cover trim in place. Turn the buttons either finger ones or slottted, the trim will/should drop away revealing the light cluster. The cluster is held in by two clips on the frame edges and must be pressed together to release the cluster. Press and pull intoward the boot and there are the bulbs. Change the offending bulb push down and turn it and it should pop free. Line up new one with pin slots push down turn to entrap it.....job done.
Number plate light remove the two crosshead retaining screws on the edges of the lens... Out pops the light unclip the lens change the bulb replace lens replace light....job done.

However if you find this is of no help as they HAVE changed then try your local library, yes library some do hold workshop manuals for cars, or they used to...
