Manual tensioner type 2001> 48,000 or 4 years
Auto tensioner type 2001> 84,000 or 7 years
info acording to 2004 AutoData
Both timing belt and injection pump belt recomended.

As an ex-AA Patrol, I would regard those intervals as the absolute maximum: Personally I would only go to between half and three-quarters of them.
