how do i find model number?

My Baumatic oven will not heat up,the grill works but the thermostat seems to be at fault as the heat stays on full . I want to get it fixed but can,t find model number

Hi, you can normally find the model no on a plate on the rim under the door of the oven as you open it

It may be on the back of the oven. If you have the manual it will be listed there. You could also google model and see if manufacturer could help.
