My Vokera combi boiler is about 5years old. Its loosing pressure , no leaks in the pipes or radiator.
Lot of steam coming out and water coming from ventilation pipe. Works fine only when topping up pressure constantly, any ideas?

Hi Frank mine kept loosing pressure i got fed up with it but realised one of my radiators was leaking and when we removed the radiator i was still topping it up then realsied we hadnt shut the radiator off properly and the boiler was still on ch so got a leak on my hall ceiling. ok now that the leak has been sorted i dont need to top it up.

My Linea + is doing the same. In summer with no heating on Im topping it up once every two days, in winter with heating on, Im topping it up 5-7 times a day. Heating engineer told us it would be cheaper to buy new boiler than to repair as repair would only last about a year - didn't say what needed repairing though. Sorry couldnt be more help
