My matsui dishwasher wont drain after i put a cleaning agent through it because it was not cleaning properly. I removed the filter part and checked far down as possible and could not see or feel anything blocking it. I have also used cleaner and drain unblocking agents. What could it be?

My Matsui dishwasher wont drain either and I have also checked the filter as far as possible. It is under guarantee so I will get it repaired and update with the result which may help you identify your problem. Regards Eddie
