it could be the motor that has packed up or it could just be that the runner has slipped off - either way your'll have to remove the inner door panel to double check. renault seem to have a occuring fault with their electric windows - several people appear to have the same problem - had my motor repaired at a renualt dealership about four years ago cost £350.00 so i would advise if that is the case try elsehwere should be cheaper .
