How do I replace my rear windscreen wiper arm, Vauxhall Corsa?

How do I replace my rear windscreen wiper arm on my Vauxhall Corsa 04 reg, I've took off the cap and unscrewed the top screw, but it dosen't budge, do I need to unscrew something underneath?

There should not be anything else to do. Should be as simple as removing the cap, nut and then the wiper arm. Having spoken to a Vauxhall trained technician, he informs me they can be quite tight. WD40 maybe? Just watch your paintwork.
