Chainsaw,Craftsmen,Model#917.353730/3.7?

iI have a old craftsmen 3.7ci. The piston is scored and the cylinder,is this fixable or does anybodyknow where you can get parts for this chainsaw.I tried Sears and all these parts are discontinued. It is model#917.353730 .It is all orange color. It still starts up but after running, heats up and shuts down.Is there a rebuild kit for this engine?

Craftman saws just aren't worth the money to fix a scored piston unless it's one thats 40 or 50 yrs old or more.
Even though Sears prices are way too high for a so so cheap saw! New Homelites are even better!
Buy a Stihl, Husqvarna or Jonsered ,even an Echo if you want one that will outlast you!
