how can I replace the doorhinge on a Dyson Contra-rotator?

The external door hinge on my Dyson contra-rotator has broken. Just to be clear, the hinge is the clear plastic one that supports the plastic door, not the heavy duty one that seals the second door against the drum. I have bought a replacement hinge from Dyson, but can not replace it. There are 4 scews holding the hinge in place. Two are accessible from the front, but 2 are only accessible from behind the front panel. Anyone know how to get the front panel off? I have Torx scewdrivers

disconnect the machine from the mains first
remove the top cover
then disconnect the wires from the on/off switch and small pipe on the control panel.disconnect the ribbon cable from the side of the cabinet then remove the two screws holding the panel in place.it slides downwards to allow removal.feed the ribbon cable carefully through the front of the machine being careful of any sharp edges.
remove the three screws holding the front cover in place.take off the pump filter cover.then pull the front panel outwards very slightly while lifting the whole cover upwards.you will need care doing this to prevent damaging the tabs that hook into the cabinet.disconnect the harness to the interlock assy.
finally undo the two screws holding the broken hinge and fit the new one.reassembly is the more tricky part but if you are careful you will be ok.
