i nedd help for removing a Trojan horse Dialer.23.AW
my AVG detected but is imposible to remove it

I initially received trojan.downloader from a website and I believe that it also gave me Trojan horse Dialer.23.AW All of this has been like nothing i've ever seen. You can do all of the recommended things but there is still something there, i've sweeped with sypbot, avg, norton, adaware and all with the system restore and in safe mode and it is still there. I wish I could help but i'm trying to solve it myself. Someone told me to use BHODemon 2.0 and GiPo@MoveOnBoot to stop the process from running or just to delete it when you reboot your system because normally you cannot.

Also recommend freeware Spybot search and destroy 1.4 ,
AD-AWARE 1.06(lavasoft) and Microsoft Antispyware,
ZOOM LABS SECURITY,
WEBROOT Spysweeper 4.5 (trial available I think).
All easily found on GOOGLE etc

Try typing 'how to remove xxxx Trojan' in GOOGLE often leads to someone how has had same problem and found a solution (generally on a computer forum).

Free and worth a try.

Be aware that lots of pop up adverts for programs guaranteed
to work will appear and will take your money without working..
buts that's GOOGLE for you.

Download a programme called "Spybot Search and Destroy".
Type in Spybot to a search engine, once downloaded click
"Check for Problems" this should take 5mins, when the problems show click "Repair Problems" and all your problems should be gone. This worked for me, great programme and it's free.
