what is the problem?

when i use my bosch WFF 2000, it trips the consumer unit in the house. Is it the motor or the heater causing that.

I assume you've been using it before the problem with the fuse tripping, If so, then it's is obvious a machine fault.
Unless you know how to test 'live' circuits then leave it to an appliance engineer. I don't want to read of another statistic of electrocution. Remeber electrics are not selective it's lethal to anyone that's why we now have new legislations on electrics installation as of Jan this year.
