When I plug it in I get a PP 000 I have checked the paper it is all good..........I cannot get the register to do anything..........is there a fullsystem clear feature or anything like that?

Hi,
'PP' indicates a printer jam or failure. Have a good look at the printer itself. Can the gears turn. Is there anything stuck in the works? Nothing jamming the printhead?

Clearing the error is usually as simple as turning off then on again in reg mode. Otherwise, we can try a half clear. See what you find.
