Machine has been making a noise as if something was stuck in drum for a few weeks now but now the drum has stopped turning altogether. I have washing stuck in there with water. Not sure what to do now??

the belt has come off! just refitted mine, take off both rear access panels, fit belt to motor then guide round drum. you will need to hold belt on one side of drum and then turn drum (and belt) by hand to slip belt on.
noise is probably due to worn out bearing.
