I do not have any hot water or central heating, the boiler does not fire up at all yet the pilot light is lit, the programmer works, the water pump starts and the diverter valve moves position to put the central heating on. The room thermastat and the hot water thermastat both work? the boiler is a myson apollo.
any one have any ideas?

you'd have to see if the boiler is getting its live supply from the motorised valve, is it getting power to high/low stat is it getting power to gas valve.

if its got power to pump then good chance power is down to boiler and therefore id be looking at high/low stat control and gas valve to determine fault
