leakage on Hotpoint Aquarius WF640?

No filter on Hotpoint Aquarius WF640 washing machine. Water leakage from under machine. How is this cleaned? Website has many customers complaining of same fault. This seems to be bad design fault. I would like Hotpoint to remedy this for me.

There is a filter on your machine there is a plint at the bottom of your machine which you can remove to check,if its not there it will beat the back of the machine held on with a jubille clip as for it leakin what area is it coming from?
