Oil on spark plugs? Ford Mondeo LX?

Hi,

I have an Ford Mondeo, 52 plate LX.
The problem: After getting a service done, found out that the two middle spark plugs had engine oil on them. I believe that the oil has gone though the sealnet. Which is causing the car to stutter while driving.

I have been told that the engine will need to taken apart to get this fixed.

The questions: How much should I be looking at paying for this (Birmingham area)?
Can I do this myself? if so how?

Please post anything which you feel would be of some help.

Also thanks in advance

The head gasket has gone drive to a main dealer even though they can be exspensive this is the best bet as its a major job.

Not being rude but if you are asking this question I assume you can't do it yourself as its a major job. I wouldnt' even attempt it unless you know what you are doing. Secondly I would get a couple of quotes from garages, avoiding the main dealers as they are the most expensive, could be any price depending on exactly what is wrong.
