'Leaking' Brandt Apollo Fridge/Freezer?

Inherited a Brandt Apollo upright Fridge/Freezer unit when we moved into current house, always leaked slightly leaving puddles of clear water under/behind unit. However, has worsened recently and now leaves fairly large puddles daily. Fridge tends to overfreeze food even when set low. Water sounds like it is falling or 'cracking' onto the tile. Not sure if it is ice falling off. Just tried inspecting drain hole, no joy yet.

Can anyone advise?

We have exactly the same problem!

opened the bottom freezer section, theres plastic rivets holding the back panel (inside) once off theres the packaing foam stuff and behind that was a tonne of ice, once all melted with a steam gun and resealed it worked ok for a while and then did it again.

just bought another fridge today and willplay wiht the brandt to see what happens..
