samsung cam says close door, ?

Door is closed, seems to be loose, trying to get to the part. This is Samsung SC-DC173U, called digital cam;
Any help.

I assume the door latch is not engaging proper so the comand has not gone into the operating system that the door is shut so you'll have to wait for the part to see if it response as expected. Meanwhile check with Samsung.com They also do manual downloads if you haven't got one.
