on the latch for the sunroof there should be a little red piese of plastic if you push the plastic up it will release the bar that sits behind it once you have done that you will be able to lift the glass up and out completly

if it is the manual type open it to the first lock position then press the red button on the bracket then you can diengage the handle and then remove the glass by tilting it upwards.
