How can I fix my Hygena APP2440 cooker hood?

The lights do not come on and the extractor fan does not work. It seems there is no power to the hood at all. I have changed the bulbs thinking this may fix the problem but it still doesn't work. If it is the fuse that needs replacing, where would I find it?

Did you manage to fix this? I am having the same problem and its not the fuse - have priced out a new pcb and they're quite pricey :O(

I think it's my pcb switch panel to. Has anyone replaced one?

I have a similar problem - all was working well until one of the bulbs blew. However the remaining bulb was working ok. After about 3 months use, the second bulb blew - have replaced both bulbs but they still wont light up. The LED on the front does not light when I press the 'light button'. However the LED for the extractor fan does light when this is selected and the fan still works. Lisa, as far as your problem is concerned, there may be a fuse nearby on a wall socket - perhaps in an adjacent cupboard?

Hi Lisa!

this could be a fuse fault or the pcb switch panel
