Hi,

I have a smeg oven, model SE398X that doesn't heat on the full oven (with fan).

The odd thing is that it does work on other settings (i.e. the grill) does work. It also has a setting which seems to imply the top and bottom heating element are activated and this setting works too.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dave - I currently have same problem and I think the element has gone in the fan. I am trying to source a replacement at the moment
