Carburetor settings for Kawasaki 22.6 cc engine?

I have a TMC model PHT 35 hedge trimmer. The engine is a Kawasaki KT 12 AD. It won't start and I need to know how to set the carburetor mixture screws to the original factory settings. There are two screws, a large and a smaller one. I think the large screw is high speed mix and the smaller screw is the idle mixture. This same engine is used on Flymo mowers and there is a perfect picture of the mixture screws on You Tube. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, are you sure its not the points at fault? these live underneath the fly wheel & if you have a slightly leaky crank seal it will have covered the points in a fine oil mist or they could just need setting up , same happened to mine, new seals & a good clean up & runs like new, Rob...
