my servis fridge/freezer is just 3 yrs old and all the power lights and buttons are still working but the fridge is not going cold ie it is approx constant temp of 15 degrees.

my fridgefreezer is just over 3yrs and i got the same problem. I was told to defrost it over night, which does help. I have defrosted it 4 times in the past 6mths. Had a fridge repair man in work today, asked him about it, he said it need a new valve or the self defrost heater has gone, can be fixed. Thinking of getting a new one don't trust it, never buy servis again had a candy for 15yrs no prob.

Is the freezer still working? are there 2 motors or 1 at the back? If there is 1 is it working or if 2 are they both working?
