i know this is nothing to do with the question above but got one of the paicesetter strimmers a few days ago would not start at all put new plug in still the same 2 hours later found there is points and condenser behind the pull start housing take the 3 screws out remove the pull housing then 12mm nut then the round aluminium piece is threaded and screws off then the points are there it sorted mine out

if it is the same Nikki 6050 that Toro uses, you can get one at Tulsa Engine Warehouse for < $14 incl shipping. But it has only the gaskets and diaphragm

Hi Bob, I've found this spares site on the net and have the diaphragm that I needed might help you. Worth looking at Paice setter parts and serial number I have is KQ20 which produced sum results.
