When the boiler is only heating the hot water it works perfectly. When I put on the central heating the boiler starts to leak. It is serviced regularly by a Corgi registered engineer and the problem has not been solved. Please can you help.

problem may be the burner check seal around burner if it looks crusty and thers rust marks on bottom of combustion box burner will be suspect,
