How do I programme departments ?

We have inherited a Sanyo ECR 460 cash register at our Club and we want to programme departments for ringing in prices.
Can you help please as we do not have a manual or any form of reference.

Hmm. Haven't got anything on a 460. Is it old? What was it you wanted to change? Text, price? Might be the same as another model.
