Baffling material came out of exhaust yesterday, mechanic said might just be back box needs replacing, central one might be rusty. Do I need to do anything? Or will all be fine without baffling?
Lovely old cheap car, due for MOT in December, don't want to spend much on it !!!

If it isn't noisy don't bother,if it fails the MOT you will have to fix it,so long as it's not loud.
