bosch washer dryer Exxcel?

I have very recently noticed when using the machine to dry clothes, steam coming form the soap dispenser drawer. The tap is open and I can hear the machine pumping out. It is working fine washing.

We've got the same problem - I think it's just that you need to clean the drain pump (front, bottom right)..
