My 1986 Honda 250 4 wheeler will not start. I put a new battery in and changed the spark plug. I also replaced the air and oil filter. It just will not fire up.
if you take the cover of the spark plug off and change it. then put a new one on and change the wires for the spark plug and put new one on it might fire up... if it does not fire up you might have to change of the wires and put new ones on..

well either fuel lines are kinked or may need to check the spark plug or clean it so itll get spark to cause t he engine to turn over . if not the lines it may be battery may not have enough strength to turn over the engine or battery cables may be rusted

take off the air filter and spray carb. cleaner in the opening. Then start with hand blocking the opening and remove palm of hand as it fires up. may take some time.

try putting the 4 wheeler in second gear and have your friends push start you - for some reason this works for me everytime

I hope you haven't been turning it off with the kill switch! that's the switch on the handlebards BTW. if you have , then you'll have to either by-pass the switch ( look in wireing diagrams ) or buy a new one . also check for spark at plugs
