my freezer has been moved, now it doesn't freeze up?

After moving house I cannot get my freezer to freeze! the lights come on and the motor is running

If it has been tilted over you will have to let it stand SWITCHED OFF for at least 1hr to allow it to settle(fluids have to drain back down to prevent air lock)leave it OFF and try later.
