hi, i hope someone can help.i have a white knight model cl 432/ 1 w.its suddenly stopped spinning. when the door is open and by inserting a screwdriver into interlock switch ,if i turn it by hand i can get it to turn. but when it goes into reverse tumble it just stops again. is it the mico switch ? help please.

No its not a micro switch problem,it's a motor capacitor fault.take bottom half of back panel off and attached to the motor you will find a capacitor with 4 wires attached.this will be weak and causing the fault.replacing it is the only way to sort it
