the machines dosnt take water in >?

as above but the engineer says that the umpis fine and all the readings are fine . He says buy a new machine but i have my doubts . He says its the ciruit board and not worth changing can someone please help me on this

The circuit board controls everything, he has obviously found that it is not asking the valves to open and let water in. You will find the board very expensive, add that to the cost of the labour to replace it, and it comes to more than a new machine. Hence the suggestion to get a new machine.
