Hi.
That usually means you are trying to program above the number of allocated clerks in memory. The machine will usually only have 5 or 10 clerks as standard. If you can program other clerks eg 1, 2 ,3 then that is almost certainly the problem. Some machines allow the amount of clerks to be altered. If you need more, then let me know and I'll look into it.
