Bosch Classixx 1200 Express Fault?

The drum does not turn in any programme cycle, including the spin cycle. It is assumed that the drive motor has failed or a fuse to the motor supply has blown. How can I determine the cause of failure and replace the faulty part?

The motor is probably ok the drive belt has come off. Check to see if the belt is broken or come off. Either way get a new one if it has.
