Fiat Ducato fan keeps going?

One of the cooling fans keeps going after engine switched off.Have to disconnect fan to stop it.Other fan OK.There are 2 relays one for each fan.One was very hot even though enginenot on.This is a 1998R 1.9TD.Any ideas please.

Just had that problem with mine (1996 ducato) it was one of the relays about £8.00 from main dealer bargin.

It was the switch in bottom of radiator that was faulty,was replaced with new switch .Both fans work ok now

Swap the relays between fans and see it the other fan has the same problem. If it does its the relay, if not its something else to do with the fan.
