Electricity is going into machine but there are no lights on control panel and it seems completely dead.

Once the wash has finished and it begins to spin it shakes the whole house. I have taken the top off and the two springs are still attached, and at the bottom the two supports are also still attached. Am I missing any? If so, what else could this be?
