If you look at the door when open you will see a small black blanking plug above door catch screw a long self tapping screw into the lock retaining clip and pull so clip slides from behind door lock remove the lock carefuly disconnect the rod off the lock fit new barrel and push the retaining clip back into place failing that as sometimes the clip is put back wrong way round you will have to remove the interior door panel to slide the clip off
