i have a Hoover HD98E dishwasher. it will fill with water, will release the detergent, and will drain the water away at the end of a program. it will also blow dry. the only thing it wont do is wash and rinse. sometimes it will run intermitently (hik uping) through a program on and off, otherdays it fills with water, doesn't move at all, then drains the water at the end of the cycle.
I have a list of fault codes, but the dishwasher doesnt show that there is a fault, and no code is displayed.

I also have this problem with same model. Have had the dishwasher for approx 4 years. About 2 years ago it started doing this. We called out Hoover approved engineer who was not sure what problem was, but he replaced the control panel and the pump although he could find no fault with either. After that major surgery it did work (sort of) until now when it stopped washing -it fills, releases detergent, counts down the timer, dries and drains-just doesn't wash! Sometimes you hear the spray arms rotating then they just sort of give up. Anybody with any ideas would be much appreciated.
