my laguna ide is jumping out of gear when it is in gear whats causing this?

it happens in all 4 gearswhen i am holding the gear stick in the gear as soon as you want to accelerate it jumps out of gear then tries to get back in again so your jumping as your driving. also it happens more when your on an incline.

Hello emma,
Check gearbox carrier first! maybe the bush are not good.
If that first step is OK check gear stick sleeves.
