HELP!!! Siemens RDH 10 RF Thermostat ?

I have Siemens RDH 10 RF Thermostat but have lost the instructions and am not sure how to reset it so that it works. My heating is not coming on but the hot water works. Does anyone have the instructions for this thermostat?

Many thanks,

Katie

OMG what a great site. You have just saved me and my kids a freezing cold night at home and an expensive call out charge tomorrow. So easy when you know how

Hi,

My thermostat is communicating with the wall unit, but it's not turning the boiler on. All the lights work and it clicks when I turn the temperature dial. I've successfully reset the thermostat to communicate with the wall unit but it still won't turn the heating on. The boiler is heating the water. It was working fine this morning. Please help,it's minus 1℃ outside and I'm freezing 😭

Same problem as below, multiple resets and relearns. Two hours and nothing. About to throw in the towel when I hit it reasonably hard on the front of the case…Bingo!

I just tested our system and the sender (thermostat) wasn't talking to the receiver (wall unit bit). I did a reset several times, didn't work.
Finally realised the system had been turned off (on the clock) for the summer. I clicked the little slider within the clock onto the ON position and bob's your auntie: heat :)

Thanks so much for your answer - and it was free and took less than 30 secs to put right!!! The weather's warmer today so don't even need the heating now!!! Could have done with it last night! Thanks again!

Thanks John - it worked for me too. Can't understand why the information manual on Siemens web site doesn't show this crucial information!
