How can I get the light bulb out!?

I have a Kitchenaid KSCS25I. One of the light bulbs is burned out and it will not come out. I can turn it right or left and it will loosen, but then it tightens up. I have tried just pulling it out, but it doesn't pull out either!

the bulbs unscrew..anti-clockwise this is normal for it to be tight. you may just need to turn a little bit harder...or turn power of and spray a little of wd40 on the thred..this will help..but once the bulb is out then wipe around the holder with paper towel to wipe away any oil.
