how to reset code on 98 xl 1200 waverunner?

Where do I find the code needed to reset this unit . I was able to bypass it,but its asking for a code.

i have same problem and tried to reset but i get an"error" after inputting the code. what can i do?

Disconnect the blue connector in front of Info module ( after removing front storage bucket ). Hold MODE button for 3 seconds. It will ask you for a code. Input your choice using A,B and C buttons. Reconnect blue connector. Push MODE button. If it says START you are go to go. If it says LOCKED, hold mode button for 3 seconds to toggle to START. Write down your code somewhere. Haha.
