It has had a timing belt changed and tensioners is that what you call cambelt change?

other thing is when you stop from a journey with xeon headlights on for couple of seconds smoke comes from them is that normal thankyou any help be so greatfull indeed am no mechanic and its worrying me.

The timing belt and cam belt are the same. Xeon lights smoking? Are you sure its smoke and not just steam? If you only notice this when its raining or the road is wet, then its just water being turned to steam from the heat of the lights.
