The 2150 is very similar to my Craftsman 358.351140. Remove the primer bulb and take note of the stamping on the fuel line side. One says CARB and the other says TANK. Run the smaller fuel line to the tank where the filter is attached. Attach the filter with sufficient slack in this fuel line. Attach this filter fuel line to the upper port of the carb. Run the next small line from the lower port of the carb to the primer bulb fitting marked CARB (smaller diameter port). Run larger fuel line from the primer fitting marked TANK to the return port fitting above the tank. Attach similar sized line to the the fuel fitting over the tank return and insert line into tank return. Tip: Cut the fuel lines going into the tank at at an angle to allow the fuel line to feed into the tank more easily.
Add fuel, check primer operation: fuel from tank to carb, from carb to primer, and from primer to return port over tank. Check for leaks. Crank her!!
