hi, strangely enough i also have a customer with a shower thats dripping. i seem to recall being able to buy a shower repair kit for a thermostatic shower, basically it's a pack of o rings and you change them all and hopefully it stops dripping. will have a look around and ask at my local plumbers merchants and if i find anything i'll get back to you
