A message "1d" keeps flashing on the display of my photocopier. Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it?

PRESS THE ID BUTTON AND THEN PRESS EACH NUMERIC KEY WHICH ARE USED AS AN ID. DURING ENTERING THE ID KEYS, MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE MAKING THEIR OWN SEGMENT ON THE DISPLAY .
