Do you mean 'Victa' mower? If so, I'm afraid there's no such document, as such.

What do you want to know? These engines are a pain to take apart, so DON'T unless you absolutely have to (flywheel on the bottom of the engine along with the coil, recoil built into the crankcase, non-removeable cylinder head, etc, etc.....).

Fortunately from a mechanical point of view, they're virtually bomb-proof.

90% of non-start problems are cause by floodng - they are very easy to over-fuel. If you absolutely cannot get it to start, do the following.

1) Check for a spark using a NEW plug. If OK, continue .....
2) DRAIN fual tank
3) Remove spark plug. Rotate engine so piston is at BDC. Use a long screwdriver in the plug hole to check.
4) Physically tip machine up so plug hole is pointing straight down. LEAVE it alone for at least an hour, and prepare for spillage from the plug hole.
5) Put machine right way up. Re-install plug.
6) Re-fuel with CORRECT MIXTURE. WAIT 1 mnute (for carb to fill)
7) Press primer ONCE ONLY.
8) Start engine. If no start after at least 10 pulls, prime ONCE MORE ONLY.
9) Start engine.

If there is no ignition fault, this fixes 90% of problems.
