The machine does not go in to its spin cycle. I think this is because it's not draining. There is a slight humming noise, when it tries to drain. But the impeller on the pump seems to move freely, and there does not seem to be anything blocked any where in the filter region. Does sound like the pump has gone?

I had this problem last year, check your brushes as these machines do not seem to give you any indications that they are running low i.e. the machine just stops. Sounds a bit far fetched but true.
