how do i program sales tax on my samsung er-4915?

I need to know how to program sales tax rates on my samsung er-4915.

I also need to know how to do um... everything on this register. A link for the full manual would be great, but simple instructions for programming tax rates, ringing sales, and running x and z reports would be ideal.
